Very friendly staff. Easy to make appointment. Only disappointment was how long it took. I was there for oil change/tire rotation. They also did 2 recalls that were outstanding. I was glad they could also do the recalls but the appointment took 3.5 hours when I thought it would be 2 hours.

My service rep, Kris, did a great job. Got me in and out with the problem battery diagnosed and replaced in about an hour. The mechanic even live-streamed me from the shop as he was wrapping up to let me know what he was doing, when he'd be done and also what items on my car they had checked that were fine. Meantime I was enjoying their showroom, free lattes and cafe-style tables where all of us repair customers could plug in and work on our laptops while they worked on our cars. Very cool.

Did not do what I originally requested. Then told me what the problem was, and was quoted about $400 to fix. I took care of to a different place and it cost $65 to fix and was not st all what dealer told me. I will never go back there.

Very pleased with the personnel and the service but very unhappy with the “service “ policy I bought. Offers two oil changes but only within one year but the car doesn’t need an oil change until 8000 miles or one year. Our car only had 6200 miles so how was I supposed to have two oil changes during the first year. Very unfair!!

Services was phenomenal Jack & “the lady with the hair”, were very professional and willing to help in any way. I’m really glad the first person that was actually going to be my salesman was rude to me because Jack Strickin was amazing & provided great service. I’d do it again if I had too and would definitely refer family & friends to him. It was very little that I needed to ask because he covered EVERYTHING. This is the best Kia dealership we have been to. We now own a 2023 Sorento and a 2025 Telluride from here. They have no hidden fees or mark ups. The best part is the sales staff and finance staff are not pushy in any way what so ever. Our sales woman was Mackenzie and she could not have done a better job. Every year their has been a recall on my 2014 KIA SOUL. Check engine light comes on when it hits a bump in the road. I thought KIA would at least do a diagnostic test on it free of charge but wouldn't without paying $200. The young lady that checked my car in was very nice and professional. Purchased a car that had a nail on the inside of the tire. Making note that you could not see it from visualizingthe vehicle. Was told it was not something they would take car of since it wasn't noted when I purchased the car. Making note that there as a discrepancy in the tire pressure compared to the other three.

Poor communication, poor management, slow turnaround, and they don't return calls. The manager needs additional training as he is ill-equipped to handle the challenges Top dollar is charged, the delivery and value are awful. I've been going to this location for 7+ years. It used to be excellent. Two of my last 3 visits have been BAD.

As far as the service done on my car it was great and the Tech Phil was extremely helpful. My only issue is with setting up the appointment. The website doesn’t allow it to be set up. I made several calls for over a month and left messages at the service center with no returned phone calls. I called the Sales department to get help and the parts department to get help and still was unable to make an appointment or get questions answered. I recently had an unfortuanate event where I punctured both drivers side tires and damaged both wheels on a object on the road. I had to get the vehicle flatbedded to Jim Ellis because of this. I reached out to Jack Stricklin, my awesome sales guy who sold me 2 brand new Kia's in 2024. He and my service represtitive Kris jumped on this immediately when my vehicle arrived.
