They didn't beat around the bush and within a couple hours, we had a few different options. As soon as I pulled up to the service door the Customer Service was excellent. Once inside the gentleman explained what I needed to do and once inside with the service writer she explained what they were going to do to my car. Then she walked my to the seating area and offered water and a snack. Wow amazing customer service I haven't experienced in a very long time Ty!

Although this is not my regular dealer, while my wife and I were 2 hours from home, I got a check engine light on our vehicle. Not wanting to chance driving it home, I drove to the closest Kia dealership, Jim Ellis Kia. They were able to scan the code and assured me that we could continue our journey home without any problems. In my opinion, they went above and beyond to assist us.
